Is collection really free?
Yes. We provide free waste oil collection for eligible businesses. Qualifying used cooking oil and used lubricating oil volumes may also receive rebates of up to $0.10 per litre under an approved supply agreement.
Are you EPA licensed?
Yes. Oil Recycling is fully licensed to collect and transport regulated waste oils. Every collection is completed in accordance with applicable environmental regulations and includes collection records for your compliance requirements.
What happens after collection?
Collected oils are transported to approved recycling and recovery facilities where they are processed into renewable fuels, re-refined lubricants or other valuable industrial products.
How often can you collect?
Collections are tailored to your usage. High-volume customers may receive weekly or multiple collections per week, while smaller sites can schedule recurring or on-demand services.
What oils do you accept?
We collect used cooking oil (UCO), used lubricating oil (ULO), hydraulic oil, transmission oil and a range of approved waste oil streams. Contact us if you’re unsure about your waste type.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Simply ensure safe access to your storage area. Our trained drivers manage the pumping, documentation and collection process from start to finish.
How are rebates handled?
Eligible rebates are credited to your Oil Recycling in-app wallet after your collection is processed. You can view your balance and payment history, and redeem available funds, directly in the app.
How do I get paid?
Payments are made by bank transfer when you redeem funds through the app. To receive payment, provide your bank details, ABN and GST status in the app.
